Dance your heart out and release endorphins. Ecstatic Dance is a form of moving meditation. Follow your inner impulses, experience joy, lightness and dance yourself free and be creative. Come dancing into the “flow” and let yourself be carried by the group and the music. Because inside we find the peace and quiet from which we can draw strength for everyday life.
Afterwards there will be an optional pizza from our neighbors BROS.PIZZA.

This immersive experience is suitable for those starting off on their meditation journey, as well as those with experience. It allows you to explore the breadth and depth of meditation in a way that is not usually possible in a regular class, or by using a meditation app. What makes this offer special is that it not only guides you through a range of practices, but it also explains the mechanism underpinning each type of meditation, the benefits, as well as the science involved. This is foundational for everyone wishing to develop their own regular meditation practice.
Mindfulness for Life 8-week course with Rima (EN)

Through meditation practices and cognitive exercises, this 8-week experiential programme helps reduce suffering, build resilience and promote flourising. Mindfulness For Life (MBCT-L) is an evidence-based curriculum of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford – scientifically developed to reduce distress, as well as promote flourishing.
