Where do I find your intro offers for newbies?
You can buy our intro offers online and at the studio. We have 3 trial offers for you:
1.) for yoga routiniers: 1 class for 10 euros
2.) for yoga beginners: 1 NEW TO YOGA / NEW TO MEDITATION offer for 50 euros (combo offer for 90 euros).
Go to online schedule, find your class, choose rate, pay and you’re signed up!
Is a mat included in the intro offer?
How many hours are included in NEW TO YOGA/NEW TO MEDITATION?
3 x RE:START / RE:STORE or RE:FOCUS classes of your choice within one month and 1 x 1:1 talk with Giulia (optional).
During the optional follow-up talk you will discuss with Giulia what you need from your yoga & meditation practice, what are your goals and desires.
You are welcome to ask Giulia for advice on which classes are best for you. If there are still questions, you are also welcome to discuss them. If you wish, Giulia will also put together a program for you, how you can best achieve your goals.
What does RE:START, RE:STORE, RE:VIVE, RE:FOCUS, RE:DANCE, RE:MIX and RE:THINK mean?
These are our class formats. Find all the details here.
RE:START means its a beginners class.
RE:STORE is a relaxing yoga class.
RE:VIVE is a sweaty flow class for more advanced practitioners.
RE:FOCUS is meditation class.
RE:MIX is a mix of all our formats.
RE:THINK is our philosophy class.
RE:DANCE a special yoga dance class.
Each class is different and unique, specifically put together by our experienced teachers.
Register for classes
Do I have to pre-register for classes?
Registration is desired in the evening and on weekends, but not mandatory. You can also just drop by (please be at the studio at least 10 minutes before!). However, online registration guarantees you a safe place. Especially for the small group classes, please sign out in time so that another guest can sign up and take your spot instead.
How do I register online for a yoga or meditation class?
Click on the Online Timetable. Choose the class you would like to attend and click on it. A window with more information will appear, click on Join now.
How do I become a regular customer? What are the advantages?
As a regular customer you have received an email from us with your log-in data. You should be logged in automatically. After you have selected the class, you only have to confirm the registration. That’s it! Didn’t work? We are happy to help you. If you have any questions, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the opening hours of the studio?
The studio is open 30 minutes before and after the session. We always start on time. If you are late, you will not be able to participate in the class.
What kind of yoga and meditation styles do your offer at RE:TREAT?

I am a beginner, which lessons are suitable for me?
For yoga all RE:START and RE:STORE are suitable for you. All RE:FOCUS classes are for meditation beginners as well.
What do I need to wear/bring with me?
Comfortable clothes (leggings/sweatpants, T-shirt). We practice barefoot.
How can I pay?
At the studio you can cash or with card. You can also register and pay online for the class.
Is there a possibility to store valuables safely?
Yes, we have lockers in the dressing rooms.
How much earlier do I need to be at the studio?
In order to arrive relaxed, we recommend that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the start of the class. If you are a new customer, please come at least 15 minutes earlier. All classes start on time.We close our doors a few minutes before class starts and will reopen only after class. We do not admit anyone in, after class has started.
Can I borrow a mat?
Yes, you can borrow a mat for 1 Euro. The mat is included in our intro offers.
Can I take a shower? Are there towels?
Yes, we have a shower in each changing room. You can take one of our towels for 2 Euro.
Can I store my own yoga mat at the studio?
If you are a member (Unlimited 1, 6, 12), yes you can.
Can I join a lesson later or leave a lesson earlier?
Unfortunately, no, because we want to give our yogis a full hour of rest without any distractions.
What are my benefits as a member (Unlimited 6 & 12)?
Come as often you want – unlimited yoga and meditation classes for you. Store your mat at the studio and have a towel ready for you for free, if you need one. We also have some members-only events and goodies.
Update COVID-19 Regelations
Is the studio open at the moment?
No – due to the current legal regulation the RE:TREAT is closed from Tuesday 03 November 2020 until further notice.
How do the classes take place when the studio is closed?
We offer all our classes online – see our schedule.
How can I join online?
- Registration for the online class will continue as before via our schedule or the Eversports app. The registration deadline is 30 minutes before the class starts.
- Please sign out no later than 2 hours before the start.The live broadcast runs via the Zoom video conferencing app. Download for laptop/PC here. You can find the app “Zoom-Cloud-Meetings” for smartphone/tablet in the various app stores.
Please install the app right away so that you can start your first yoga session relaxed. It is possible that the app will be installed correctly even without a notice of completion.
- 20-10 minutes before the class starts, we will send the link for the online class to your email address. Please also check your spam folder.
- After opening the link, confirm the prompt “May this page open “zoom.us.app” by clicking “Allow” and “Join with video”. The Zoom app will open with the online class.
- Please “Join the meeting” and choose your name. After that, please confirm “Join with computer audio”. Now we are online together.OPTIONAL: If the connection gets bad, please feel free to turn off the camera (connection will be better). How does it work? In the gallery view in the upper right corner you can see all other participants, the teacher and yourself. Click on the three dots next to your video image and activate “Cancel video” in the drop-down menu.
If the teacher’s picture does not appear automatically, please find her/him in the upper right corner of the gallery view and click on her/his picture. Activate the full screen mode in the upper right corner.
Please activate the microphone icon so that you can hear our teachers well. On the left you will find the button “Mute” with an arrow. These two items should be activated with a check mark: “Microphone integrated (internal microphone)” and “Output integrated (internal speakers)”.
