Updated COVID-19 Guidelines

Yes, we reopen on May 19. Yay!

How do the classes take place when the studio is closed?

As of May 19, 2021, 90% of our classes are in the studio and online at the same time. We offer some outdoor classes (in Burggarten or Prater) marked with *OUTDOOR. Some classes are exclusively online or in the studio. – see class schedule.

GUIDELINES

Here are a few new guidelines to continue to ensure a safe environment for your practice in the studio. Thank you 🙂

  • Class sizes: The number of participants will be temporarily very limited. Therefore, online pre-registration is required.

  • Unfortunately, we must limit the time spent in the studio (before and after class) to 15 minutes.

  • Before the class: Please do not come to the studio earlier than 15 minutes before the class starts. This allows us to prevent too many people from being in the studio at the same time.
When you arrive at the studio, please go directly to the front desk and sign up for the mat schedule. The course management will then assign you to a dressing room.

  • FFP2 mask requirement: applies everywhere in the studio except on your own mat.

  • 3-G’s: please come ONLY tested, recovered or vaccinated to our studio. Thank you for your help!

  • Hand hygiene: please wash your hands when you come to our studio. Disinfectants are available at the entrance to the studio.

  • Mats: We recommend bringing your own yoga mats. As a member, you can store your mat with us free of charge. No mat rental is possible at this time.
There are already mats on the floor in the yoga room as placeholders. Find your mat place (you chose it at the reception when you arrived :)) and just put your mat on top of it.

  • Yoga aids: Feel free to use your own aids. Blocks will be disinfected by us after each use. For bolsters, we recommend bringing one or two towels to cover them. Towels can also be borrowed from the studio for a fee of 2€ (free for members).

  • Additional Hygiene in the Studio: In addition to our cleaning routine, we take every precaution to ensure that our studios remain a hygienic and healthy environment. We will disinfect handles and door knobs several times a day.

  • Unfortunately, tea and water cannot be provided at this time. We recommend that you bring your own water bottle.

  • Health: if you feel sick: better stay at home and cure yourself. Thank you!

  • Cloakrooms/Showers: We recommend especially if you live nearby or come by car, to come already in your yoga robe and shower at home if possible.

Thank you very much for your support!
