About
When we get up in the morning, the mind is still caught in the turbidity of dreams – like a storm-tossed lake whose bottom is therefore not visible.
When we go into sadhana practice in the stillness of the ambrosial hour before sunrise, our mind clears.
Our day begins in awareness, in tranquility. This is one of the yogic thoughts on early morning Sadhana practice.
Another is to devote 10% of your day (that is, about 2.5h) to something higher, before the mundane things of the day take you over.
Another intention for this special kind of of sadhana is that this Aquarian Age we live in demands EVERYTHING from us and we need a practice to be able to need a practice to be able to cope with it.

3 good reasons to practice Acquarian Sadhana – or you just want to get to know this kind of practice.
It consists of:
- Japji, the soul prayer from Kundalini Yoga, which we listen to/chant for about 30min.
- Kriya, a Kundalini Yoga practice, which we practice for about 45min.
- Acquarian Mantra, the 7 mantras chanted for the Aquarian Age, approx. 60minAt the end of the sadhana we have breakfast together in the studio (simple breakfast: a gluten free vegan bowl and tea. If you have a spicy breakfast, please bring your own breakfast).
Recommended
Silence – we begin the sadhana in silence, not speaking. If you have any questions in advance, please write us.
Head covering – the practice including the mantras are sacred to the Sikhs, from whose tradition they come.
Out of respect for this, your head will be covered (e.g. with a cloth that you tie around yourself).
Optional
Ishnaan – the cold shower before you go into practice. Either at home or in our studio.
