About the Workshop
Seeing – Vision, Perception
In the 3rd part of the Katonah Yoga Workshop series „body as a house“ the focus lies on the 3rd floor of our house/body.
Main topics here are vision, imagination and intuition (3rd eye).
After a holistic Katonah Yoga practice that takes us on a journey through our body we will do a meditation based on the „magic square“.
We will take a closer look at the tool and get to know the meaning of all the 3 floors and the 9 rooms of our house/body.
Expect more insights into the exciting material behind the Katonah Yoga framework founded by Nevine Michaan.
Extra
Every participant will receive a print of the „magic square“ (a tool for orientation).
What is Katonah Yoga?
Katonah Yoga®️ is a practice developed by Nevine Michaan. The philosophical reference system is not Hinduism, as usual in yoga, but Taoism. The Katonah practice is based on principles of Chinese Medicine, Sacred Geometry and Thai Massage. Thus, Katonah Yoga is also based on a different way of looking at the body, i.e. a different way of reading the body.
