Art Of Reiki: Restorative Healing Energy Work with Punnu Singh Wasu (EN)

Reiki is known for deep relaxation, stress relief and natural healing. It is a simple and powerful “laying on hands” energy balancing technique which is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to become sick and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Feelings of tranquillity and peace are often experienced after giving/receiving Reiki sessions along with a renewed capacity to cope with the pressures of our busy daily lives.

Join Reiki Grand Master Punnu Singh Wasu for Reiki training level I – Reiki Grand Master. He teaches according to the tradition of Dr. Mikao Usui Sensei.

The training may be taken as a 1-5 day course, culminating in Grand Master Certification. (Completion of each prior level is a pre-requisite for joining subsequent levels.) You will receive a Reiki manual and a certificate for each level.

Reiki is an ancient yet simple healing technique. It’s used by practitioners in clinical settings as well as for self-treatments and it has been found to produce profound results all through gentle touch, positive mindsets, and energy transfer. Whether you want to receive Reiki for emotional trauma healing, energy level balancing, or to develop yourself spiritually, Reiki has endless advantages.

Developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan during the early 1900s, Reiki was founded upon the theory that the process of channelling one’s energy can restore an individual’s overall well-being.

Reiki addresses the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – not just the physical being. This means that the positive energy transfer through Reiki is extremely helpful in elevating the receiver’s mood and general attitude towards life. The healing that starts from within will reflect on their decisions and perspective on the outside.

Regular Reiki treatment promotes the consistent and unlocked flow of energy throughout the body. This allows people to feel less stress, enhances learning and memory, promotes mental clarity, physical healing, less physical pain etc. When energy passageways are blocked, positive energy cannot flow to certain parts of the body, which results in mood swings, fear, anger, pain, and more. The Reiki Certification trainings takes you on a deep intimate journey into your energy system to elevate various areas of your life. As your guide, Punnu will offer you a roadmap of the beautiful interplay that occurs between energy and the human body.

On each level of your Reiki journey, you’ll become more intimately connected to your energetic system. The deeper you go, the deeper your understanding of your true nature will become. And with it, you’ll unlock new gifts, new levels of self-mastery, and new tools to heal anytime life throws you off-balance.

By the end of this experience, you’ll emerge with a practical and holistic mastery of your internal energetic systems – which you’ll use for your entire life to heal, empower, and elevate yourself and other towards their fullest human potential.

Accommodation, food and travel expenses are not included.

Booking
Classes can be booked individually or as a package.

Refund policy
Deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable for any of Punnu’s future training at RE:TREAT Vienna.

100% of the course fee (less deposit) will be refunded 3 months ++ prior to training commencement.

50% of the course fee (less deposit) will be refunded 1 – 3 months prior to training commencement.

No refunds will be made 4 weeks prior to training commencement.

COVID 19
A refund of everything minus the transferable deposit will be issued if you have to cancel due to the current situation or full amount can be transferred to any of Punnu’s future training at RE:TREAT Vienna.

Conditions

In case of hindrances to participate in the training the student has always the possibility to look for a replacement.

Classes, which have not been visited cannot be recovered at a later time nor will be refunded. Further, there will be no entitlement for a discount or refund in case of absence (due to sickness, job-related and other reasons).

Insurance

All insurances (incl. health and travel) are the responsibility of the participants.

Teachers and assistants shall not be held liable for any damage, or loss of property or injury to persons.

Preparation
Try doing the following activities to improve your experience of the training. (Begin about one week prior):
• Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.
• Eat healthy food.
• Meditate 5 – 15 minutes each day in silence and spend time in nature.
• Be gentle with yourself and do activities that recharge your energy and nourish your body.
• Get restful sleep.

What To Bring
Comfortable clothes, notebook & pen and reusable water bottle. Please bring a pendulum, if you have one.

BONUS – Apprenticeship
Students who have successfully completed Punnu’s full Reiki training (Level 1 – Grand Master) have the opportunity to apply for an apprenticeship. Apprentices have the chance to assist, hold space, dive deeper and learn.

Deposit of 25% of the levels attending – minimum EUR 100 reserves your space and is payable upon registration.
