Qigong is a Chinese form of exercise for training mindfulness and inner peace. It relieves stress and has a balancing effect.
You can take part in this wonderfully gentle session without any yoga experience and use gentle movements to strengthen your body and calm your mind.
The exercises are easy to learn and do not require any particular flexibility or strength. They serve to harmonize and regulate the flow of energy in the body.
