Background
I started with Ashtanga Yoga in 2001 and after 2 years of intensive practice I completed my first teacher training. After that I wanted to experience more fun and ease in yoga and came to Vinyasa Flow via several detours. This style of yoga with flowing movements to music and meditation suits me and my desire for life. In the meantime I have completed countless advanced trainings and several Nuad / Thai massage courses.
