About the event

Begin to experience the benefits of proven Zen meditation – greater contentment, inner peace and serenity, and more mindful living – and take the first steps on the path of self-knowledge and self-exploration during a hands-on introduction.

Sitting meditation (“Zazen”), walking meditation (“Kinhin”) and Qi Gong exercises will be complemented by lectures from the master and the opportunity to ask questions.
