This can be so many things that I eat with hunger, anticipation and mindfulness – the homemade bread fresh from the oven, the porridge prepared together with other yogis after 3 hours of morning sadhana.

it lets body and soul breathe and I discover who and what this soul is.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
Favorite item
2 things you can always find in all my bags: absorbent cotton for the ears against the wind (I’m already Vata and airy enough myself) and doggie gear bag (as a responsible dog mom).
Most important decision
Each one that has brought me to where I am today – the big turnoffs as well as the little ones.

From the mountains of East Tyrol to New Zealand, Graz, Italy, Ireland and finally to Vienna. AHS teacher, adult trainer, teacher coach for more educational justice, learning and development specialist, yoga teacher.
Trainings
The training over the 200 hours was the one year Kundalini Teacher Training: KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
I am of course a Kundalini 😉 with many trainings in different areas including Restorative Yoga, Hormonal Yoga in Kundalini Yoga, Womb Yoga, Authentic Movement.
