About the workshop
When is yoga self-care for women and in what ways does your female body need a different yoga practice than male bodies? What is the importance of the female cycle in terms of your yoga practice, your daily life and ultimately your health?
These and other questions will be addressed in this workshop.
If we look into recent yoga history, we find mainly male gurus who learned from other male gurus. Indra Devi was the first woman to whom yoga was made available in 1938. Today, far more women than men practice yoga. However, the forms of yoga that we largely practice do not adequately honor female bodies and cycles.
Are you ready to engage more deeply with your beautiful female body and build a lasting connection to your feminine intuition and inherent feminine wisdom?

Victoria has been studying the impact of yoga on the female body for years and how yoga practice needs to be adapted so that it is nurturing and empowering for women.
