About the workshop
The following 7 videos from this series include moving and relaxing meditation techniques, breathing exercises and specific journaling questions for each of the 7 chakras.
To get the most out of these videos, make sure you find a comfortable place in your home, snuggle up in blankets, have pillows and bolsters ready. Light some candles, drink some tea and dim your lights. Grab your journal, maybe essential oils and gemstones and be ready to recharge and meditate.
There are many different gemstones and essential oils you can use to work with the Charkas.
