it supports me in seeing things just as they are .. I’m not controlled by thoughts and judgements, but can have a fresh view of my present experience. I have become a happier person and learnt to listen deeply to what matters most ..

With a formal education in Economics & Business, I have worked for many years in the corporate and development sectors in different countries. In 2018, I made a decision to get my certification as a mindfulness trainer, and believe to have found my true calling.
