Breathwork, because...
Movement gets our energy flowing. The hard part of life is often not what is, but wanting it to be different. Flowing into the moment, experiencing it through the body: That is movement for me. It makes us alive. And free.

Breathwork. For me, breathwork is the simplest and most effective tool I have encountered on my journey so far. It is the most direct access to ourselves—to our nervous system, our body, and our soul.
Most important decision
Every decision I make today is the most important one for this precise moment. Repeatedly challenging my beliefs and patterns and allowing myself to experience something new every day. Perhaps the most important decision was the one I made during a breathwork session three years ago: to consciously choose my life once again. Truly. And to fully embrace it.
Background
My path led me from physiotherapy to osteopathy, via yoga to hypnosis and mental training, and finally to breathwork, reincarnation therapy, and somatic bodywork. Being able to connect body and soul in my work is the greatest gift. And I hope that I will be able to explore, experience, and accompany humanity and the body for a very long time to come.
