Pilates offers me an excellent way to enhance my physical fitness by strengthening the core muscles and improving posture. The precise, controlled movements help me maximize flexibility and strength while developing a deep awareness of my body. Pilates perfectly complements my yoga practice and supports my holistic health philosophy.
Yoga, because...
Yoga is the perfect practice for me to connect body and mind. Through the union of movement and breath, I experience both challenge and deep relaxation. Yoga allows me to live in the moment, find my inner strength, and cultivate serenity at the same time.

The most important decision in my life has been learning to not be a people-pleaser and to follow my own path. This realization has empowered me to live authentically and independently.
Background
Yoga has been a part of my life since I was 11 years old. Inspired by my mother and grandmother, both of whom are also yoga teachers, I experienced the transformative power of yoga early on. Before starting my medical studies, I completed an intensive yoga teacher training and have been working as a yoga instructor for many years, including teaching children’s yoga. Additionally, I completed acupuncture training at AKH as part of my medical studies. Now, as I near the completion of my medical degree, I am excited to combine my knowledge and passion for yoga and health to help others.
