About the event
A meditation retreat… Do I really want that? Can I do it? Do I like it? These questions may have already put you off attending a meditation retreat. Not to mention the fact that a longer retreat is sometimes difficult to combine with professional and private commitments for organizational reasons.
For these reasons, here’s an opportunity for you to get a taste of retreat air in an uncomplicated way. Easy arrival, in the middle of the city. Takes a few hours instead of several days. In familiar surroundings, no nasty surprises. Suitable for all levels!
We practise different types of meditation (guided and with explanations). We take time for extensive breaks (some of them in silence). We exchange ideas and learn from each other.

13:15 – 14:45 30 minutes of mindful self-compassion meditation
14:45 – 14:00 15-minute break with sharing
14:00 – 14:30 30 minutes of breathing and walking meditation
14:30 – 14:45 15 minutes break in silence
14:45 – 15:15 30 minutes of body scan meditation
15:15 – 15:30 15 minute break in silence
15:30 – 16:00 30 minutes Self-Inquiry Meditation
