Overview

About the training

In this training you will get to know and understand yourself better and can find more joy and ease in your yoga practice.

You will recognize and feel how yoga can really do you good, no matter what yoga style you practice, what constitution or condition you have.

YOGA RELOADED means that you learn to adapt the most important yoga positions (asanas) to your physiognomy. Not the aesthetic, outer form is the goal, but only YOUR possibilities to assume a position.

The teaching of the essential anatomical basics will give you a better understanding of yourself, but also of the different bodies.

You will never have to look enviously at other YogINis again, but can learn to understand and love your body.
Big bonus: The course takes place in German, without complicated medical terminology.

What will you learn?

– Basic anatomy, simple and without technical terms
– Meaning and purpose of yoga postures in general
– Meaning and purpose of yoga positions for you
– What the phrase “every body is different” really means
– The ability to discover the most meaningful alignment for yourself
– Accurate alignment versus movement
– Feeling and understanding your body
– Enjoy yoga without frustration or pressure to perform

For whom is the course suitable?

For anyone and everyone who wants to learn more about themselves and yoga asanas. Therefore suitable:

For beginners, because you will learn from the beginning what your individual possibilities are and you will learn to implement widespread alignments – for you – correctly.

For advanced students, because you will rethink yoga myths and your practiced movement patterns. Also for yoga teachers this is a great training that will enrich your teaching.

So you are welcome with or without previous experience.

Is there an exam:
No. No exam in the traditional sense. But we will work on and repeat different topics in groups.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes, but not from the Yoga Alliance. I reject such franchise systems, because they say nothing about you and your learning success.
You will get a nice NUYA certificate.

The science of meditation and stress reduction with Erika Smith (EN)

This workshop focuses on discussing theory and facts about stress. Participants will learn about the two sides of stress, its benefits and downsides. They will also gain awareness about their own stress symptoms, assess their own level of tension and explore various stress coping strategies including relaxation techniques and the power of positive thought. A special focus of the workshop will be on the typical stressors we face in our day-to-day life and how learn to respond to them in a more constructive and harmonious way.

In this workshop we will playfully and with ease bring more mobility and strength into our joints and thus into our bodies. Mobility exercises are isolated movements of the joints. These exercises strengthen the deep structure of our muscles and make us more agile and mobile in everyday life. You learn to move better, more sensibly, healthier and more effectively and can break old movement patterns and learn new ones.
