About

A meditation retreat… Do I really want that? Can I do it? Do I like it? These questions may have already put you off attending a meditation retreat. Quite apart from the fact that a longer retreat is sometimes difficult to combine with professional and private commitments for organizational reasons.

For these reasons, here is an opportunity for you to get a taste of retreat air in an uncomplicated way. Easy arrival, in the middle of the city. Takes a few hours instead of several days. In familiar surroundings, no nasty surprises. Suitable for all levels!

We practise different types of meditation (guided and with explanations). We take time for extensive breaks (some of them in silence). We exchange ideas and learn from each other.
A beneficial and varied mix of breathing meditation and body scan, walking meditation and self-inquiry. Guided in such a way that they are suitable for all levels. Interspersed with breaks, some of them in silence. This mini meditation retreat gives you the opportunity to try out different types of meditation. At the same time, this unique time-out will pamper your body and mind with clarity and well-being. You can book individual dates or the entire series of 3 sessions.
