Yoga, because...
It is a philosophy of life and reminds us what connectedness, joy of life, aliveness, serenity, body wellness and balance can feel like.
For me, my yoga mat is a sacred space that invites me to be fully present, to feel, to notice my body, to breathe deeply and to come into flow. However, my yoga practice runs throughout the day and supports me in my interactions with my daughter, with myself, with my partner and all other everyday encounters. Yoga teaches me to enjoy and brings me serenity in difficult situations in life. Yoga reminds me to say YES to life with confidence.

Background
My background is business. I studied at WU (BSc) and at the University of Amsterdam (MSc) and worked in the event and media industry as a Sales & Key Account Manger. After my inner dissatisfaction and calling for “something else” was so loud that I couldn’t listen away anymore, I quit and went to Miami without a plan. There, between parties and yacht excursions, I found yoga. I packed my backpack and went on a journey – on the outside, but mostly on the inside. On this journey I did an Aśtanga Yoga training in Ecuador, a Hatha Yoga training in Thailand, a Yoga Therapy training in India, a Women’s Yoga training in Bali and more in-depth workshops and trainings after that. I ran a yoga retreat center in northern Bali, taught in 5* hotels, in hostels, in gyms, on beaches and in parks, assisted in yoga teacher trainings and came back to Austria in 2019 to start my own business. Since then I have trained dozens of yoga teachers in women’s yoga and taught hundreds of women in women’s yoga – in yoga classes, workshops and retreats.
