What to expect
The Female Flow is a nourishing afternoon created by women for women who wish to deepen their connection to their femininity and live with greater cycle awareness. You can expect a gentle Gentle- & Yin Yoga practice, aligned with the season and the water element, creating space for sensuality, intuitive movement, and a regulated nervous system.
Together, we will dive into cycle wisdom and healthy, everyday habits, share experiences and perspectives, and open a safe, non-judgmental space for connection and exchange. The afternoon is accompanied by nourishing food, snacks, and tea—an invitation to conscious self-care on every level.
