About the event

This urban day retreat offers an opportunity to deeply engage in meditation and self-exploration,
away from the distractions and demands of daily life. The day will be practised in silence, meaning
that participants will be silent, while the teacher guides a seamless flow of practices.
It is suitable for anyone with a regular meditation practice.
The immersive nature of this day is quite unique, as it allows you to explore the breadth and depth of
meditation in a way that is not usually possible in a regular class.

What to expect

There is no right way to feel at the end of this day retreat, but as we turn inward and connect with
the body for an extended period, you are likely to feel grounded and experience a sense of inner
clarity and calm. You will also benefit from gaining insights into the connection between body, heart
and mind. After all, a deeper understanding of our own inner world is essential on the path towards
growth and transformation.
