About the workshop
Sometimes you don’t have the time for a multi-day retreat and want a short time out in silence. Treat yourself to a day of retreat and immerse yourself in mindfulness meditation.
Contents on this day, which we spend in silence, are meditation and mindfulness exercises from the Buddhist tradition in sitting, lying and walking in combination with Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
At the same time, this day of silence is also the graduation for those who have completed the Basic Meditation Course.
All are welcome – beginners and advanced.
