About the event
Begin to experience the benefits of proven Zen meditation – greater contentment, inner peace and serenity, and more mindful living – and take the first steps on the path of self-knowledge and self-exploration in a hands-on introduction.
Sitting meditation (“Zazen”), walking meditation (“Kinhin”) and Qi Gong exercises are complemented by lectures from the master and the opportunity to ask questions.

About Clifford Stevens
Clifford Stevens, born 1952, teacher, PR consultant, journalist, studied Qi Gong, Zen and meditation for many years in Vienna under Zen Master Genro Xuan Lou, Laoshi. In 2016 he was appointed Zen Teacher by Genro and finally Zen Master Kiichi Gong in 2021. He and Genro are co-authors of the book Find the Seeker, which was published in 2018.
