Overview
About the event
Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing, is a Japanese tradition where people spend mindful time in the forest. If you’ve ever felt truly happy and connected to both yourself and nature during a forest walk, you know why this practice is so popular and healing. Its positive effects have even been proven in studies.
Do you love the forest too? Then let’s take a forest bath together!
After a guided walking meditation, where we move mindfully through the forest and experience nature with all our senses, you’ll be treated to a special highlight: a Sound Bath under the open sky. Gentle sounds from singing bowls, wind chimes, and natural sounds surround you. The vibrations deeply relax both body and mind, release tension, and guide you into a state of calm and relaxation.
Experience moments of stillness, grounding, and mindful presence, where you can reconnect with nature and yourself.
