About
NUAD means healing touch – and that is exactly what we are consciously dedicating this Sunday to.
Through mindful interaction and techniques from Thai yoga treatment, we will discover new facets of our bodies.
We will allow ourselves to touch and be touched on different levels.
NUAD invites us to trust our intuition and touch where it feels right. We don’t need to know why – we can just feel and trust.
Touch is often something we take for granted or do automatically. In this workshop, we give it space again and put the magic back into our hands.
The workshop is particularly suitable as inspiring input for hands-on assists in yoga classes and is valuable for all teachers who want to deepen their touch practice.

Similar to a sound bath, a gong bath immerses you in sound, reaching much deeper layers of the body, psyche, and soul. Through variations in tone and volume, participants are guided into different brainwave states (delta, theta, alpha, beta). In this way, everyone is given a front-row seat in the theater of their inner self and soul.
