About the event
Our bodies need movement to be strong, resilient and healthy.
Natural movement intelligence is given to all of us. Unfortunately, we use it too rarely these days. We will reawaken this intuitive knowledge. Early childhood movement patterns are used to train strength, endurance, coordination, mobility and stability. We can playfully and easily bring more mobility and strength into our joints and thus into our bodies.
Mobility exercises are isolated movements of the joints. These exercises strengthen the deep structure of our muscles and make us more agile and mobile in everyday life . We will work through the whole body and all the joints and notice amazing things.
You will learn to move better, more sensibly, healthier and more effectively. You can break old movement patterns and learn new ones.
It’s a challenge and inspiration for anyone who wants to make a change and is curious.
In addition, it is of course an excellent preparation and supplement for yoga asana practice.
No previous (yoga) experience necessary.

YOGA RELOADED is a 50h Yoga Training. Here you get to know and understand yourself better and can find more joy and ease in your yoga practice. You will realize and feel how yoga can really do you good, no matter what yoga style you practice, what constitution or condition you have.
