About the workshop

The breath is one of the basic rhythms of our lives and the only dual control system of our body that we can easily access to enhance our well-being.

Lis has put together a Breath Kit video for you – your breath toolkit for everyday situations. There are 5 breath meditations from Kundalini Yoga, for a clear head and strong nerves, for emotional balance, a strong immune system, a balanced nervous system and good sleep – very different breath signatures, forms of pranayama that you can easily and regularly use for your everyday life, whenever you need them. Have fun discovering your little breath pharmacy.
