Lis has put together a Breath Kit video for you – your breath toolkit for everyday situations. There are 5 breath meditations from Kundalini Yoga, for a clear head and strong nerves, for emotional balance, a strong immune system, a balanced nervous system and good sleep – very different breath signatures, forms of pranayama that you can easily and regularly use for your everyday life, whenever you need them. Have fun discovering your little breath pharmacy.
