About the event
BLACK is the beginning of a series of meditation experiences that I – Giulia Tamiazzo – have developed over years and now finally present.
We come from darkness, because in darkness everything begins, therefore BLACK is the beginning of a chromatic series.
BLACK is an invitation to discover our hidden side, accept it, find forgiveness and peace with it. This will help us to create a strong foundation on which we can build and grow.
Let’s reflect on our negative emotions and intimidating desires. Let’s welcome our shadow self and accept it.
It will be a journey through the senses. In every meditation experience frequencies play an important role:
Visuals (visual frequencies) and appropriately tuned sound (sound frequencies) will envelop you and enhance your meditative state.
Meditation (brain frequency) is in the foreground complemented by yoga (energetic frequency) in the form of mantra, mudra, pranayama or asana. Also included are crystals (crystal frequency) and essential oils (olfactory frequencies) and their frequencies.

Sometimes you don’t have the time for a multi-day retreat and wish for a short time out in silence. Treat yourself to a day of retreat and immerse yourself in mindfulness meditation. Contents on this day, which we spend in silence, are meditation and mindfulness exercises from the Buddhist tradition in sitting, lying and walking in combination with Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
