About the event
Regular rest and cleansing are very important and healing for our body. A detox allows your body to regenerate and gives it the opportunity to do some spring cleaning for you.
A detox is a wonderful way to let go of the old, shed some baggage and look forward to the new! Often, a detox improves digestion, metabolism, sleep patterns and energy levels after just a short time.
Detox in Ayurveda does not mean starving, but supporting the body in the cleansing process with light and cleansing food and yoga practice and bringing it back into balance.
In this workshop you will learn the basics and benefits of a Detox according to Ayurveda. We will plan your Detox individually so that you can do it on your own at home.
