About Morgan
Morgan is originally from Los Angeles and now living in Vienna, Austria. For over the last 10 years Morgan has supported women in creating lives beyond their wildest dreams through one-on-one mentorship, group programs, and retreats. She has spoken at events around the world with 5,000+ attendees on meditation and mindfulness.
When she was 21, she moved to LA and landed her dream job in the fashion industry. She was working with top brands traveling between LA and NYC, and quickly moving up the ranks. At the time, she thought she had “made it.”
But soon Morgan felt a whisper inside saying “this isn’t it.” That moment changed everything. She started immersing herself in the personal development and mindfulness industry.
She walked away from a top role and a six-figure salary, to listen to her intuition and follow her dream to fully commit to share this work with women all over the world.

Similar to a sound bath, a gong bath immerses you in sound, reaching much deeper layers of the body, psyche, and soul. Through variations in tone and volume, participants are guided into different brainwave states (delta, theta, alpha, beta). In this way, everyone is given a front-row seat in the theater of their inner self and soul.

Join the RE:TREAT Meditation Challenge 2026 – The Vagus Nerve Journey. Different sessions with the RE:TREAT team explore a variety of approaches such as movement, breathwork, meditation, strength training, massage, humming, and deep relaxation. The goal is to try out different methods and find your own unique approach to regulating your nervous system.
